Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 (D365) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements. You will play a key role in architecting, customizing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring the platform aligns with business goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

· Solution Development: Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Customer Engagement, Supply Chain, etc.) using best practices.

· System Integration: Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other internal or third-party systems using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and custom connectors.

· Architecture & Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to architect scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.

· Customization & Configuration: Configure and extend out-of-the-box functionality using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and custom code.

· Data Management: Implement and maintain data migration strategies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during system upgrades or migrations.

· Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system performance issues, ensuring the platform operates efficiently.

· Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions comply with company and industry security policies and standards.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, code standards, and operational guides.

· Team Collaboration: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, business analysts, and project managers.

· Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide post-implementation support, and manage system updates.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience developing and implementing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Proficiency in customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 data model and architecture.

Experience with Azure services, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.

In-depth knowledge of system integration methodologies and tools, including APIs, RESTful services, and middleware.

Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including database design and optimization.

Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Security Model and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
